Belongil Bistro was founded in June 2012, owned and operated by renowned local chef Christian Poulsen. Together with wife and events expert Mindy Halabe they both dedicate themselves to the humble and consuming business of restaurant life in the beautiful surrounds of Belongil. Christian and his committed staff have created a laboratory for classical and contemporary food and beverage, serviced by experienced hospitality professionals. The Belongil Bistro concept isn’t about a particular cuisine, style of dining or theme, it’s about the location, the people and their mindset.
